These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Henny Research ("Henny Research", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher, scientist, educator, or licensed professional acting in a research capacity, and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of our products is lawful where you are located.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Henny Research are sold strictly as chemical reference materials intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and forensic, analytical, or educational use. They are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, household chemicals, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, inhalation, injection, topical application, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any in vivo use of any kind. Any such use is strictly prohibited and is performed entirely at the user's own risk.

3. Customer Responsibility & Indemnification

You assume all risk and responsibility associated with the handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal of products purchased from Henny Research. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Henny Research, its owners, officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of any product; (b) any use inconsistent with these Terms or the Research Use Only restriction; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) any injury, illness, or death allegedly caused by a product after it leaves our custody.

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice. Any references to studies, mechanisms, or peptide activity are provided for informational and scientific context only and must not be interpreted as endorsement of any human use.

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be for prohibited or unlawful use. Prices, product availability, and product specifications may change at any time without notice. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. In the limited event of a verified shipping error or product defect identified within 7 days of delivery, contact us for case-by-case review.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and the website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that products are suitable for any specific research application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henny Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, including controlled substance laws, import/export laws, and any laws governing the possession or use of research chemicals. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are restricted.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Henny Research is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration; you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
